“Introducing the Revolutionary Black Pepper Thresher Machine by Binoy Sebastian”
Binoy Sebastian identified challenges face by black pepper farmers - the labour-intensive and time-consuming process of threshing pepper berries from the vines. Traditional methods involved manual labour, which was not only inefficient but also led to high labour costs and inconsistent results. Motivated to address these challenges, Sebastian embarked on a journey to develop a mechanized solution.
The Black Pepper Thresher Machine was designed to automate the threshing process, significantly reducing the time and labour required while improving the quality of the harvested pepper. Binoy utilised his engineering expertise to create an on-farm and user-friendly machine that could efficiently separate the pepper berries from the vines without damaging them.
By using this machine, small scale farmers complete the threshing process with minimal time. the machine helps farmers cut down on labour costs, thereby improving their profitability. The Invention has potential to revolutionize black pepper farming practices worldwide, empowering small farmers and driving economic growth in rural communities.
